My classes are designed to create a balanced experience between movement, mindfulness, and personal growth. I focus on helping students build strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence while adapting each session to different experience levels and individual needs.
A typical class includes breathwork, mobility exercises, intentional sequencing, and guided movement with clear alignment cues. I aim to create an encouraging and supportive environment where students can feel challenged while still moving safely and mindfully.
My teaching style combines technical instruction with a calm and approachable energy, allowing students to feel comfortable, motivated, and connected throughout the practice. Whether the goal is to improve flexibility, reduce stress, build strength, or simply reconnect with the body, I tailor each class to support the student’s personal journey.
